Steven A. Hoffman, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.

Steve was born and raised in Dallas, and finished his undergraduate work at Texas A&M University. He went on to medical school at UT Southwestern and then completed his residency at Parkland Hospital.

After training, he joined his father in practice in the Park Cities area. Steve has been Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology since 1987. His many committee appointments include serving as department chair at three hospitals, and additionally on the RHD Hospital governing board for two terms.

He and his wife breed and raise Arabian horses. They enjoy biking, fishing and long walks with their rescue dog, BooBoo.


Shelley Bruce Ramos, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.

Shelley has been practicing since 1999 as a Board Certified OB-GYN, and served as the chair of the Peer Review/Quality Committee for the last 6 years. She is active in the medical staff leadership at Las Colinas Medical Center, and was appointed to the Board of Trustees this past year. Shelley currently serves on the Credentials Committee that controls granting privileges to practice at the hospital.

Her primary interest is in minimally invasive and office surgery, as well as being a great "baby Doc." She went to medical school at Texas Tech and completed her residency in Dallas at Baylor University Medical Center.

Shelley and her anesthesiologist husband have 3 daughters (including twins!) who keep them very busy! Her active life includes tennis and playing in a women's soccer league.


Jennifer Staud, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.

Jennifer is a Board Certified OB-GYN. She has been in practice since 2004, and with Tuscan OB-GYN since 2005.

She is originally from the Fort Worth area where her family still resides. Jennifer went to Medical School at Texas Tech and did her residency in Phoenix, where she remained on staff as Teaching Faculty for one year before moving back to Texas.

Jennifer now resides in Las Colinas with her husband, a cardiothoracic surgeon in training, and her two young children.


Rebecca Hardesty, PA-C

Rebecca is a native Texan who grew up in Midland. She attended Texas A&M University, and received her Bachelor of Science degree in biomedical science. Moving to Dallas in 1997, she attended the University of Southwestern Medical Center and received a second degree in Physician Assistant studies.

In 2000, Rebecca initially worked with a Family Practice. But because of her love of working in Women's Health, she decided to focus in this field and joined the staff at Tuscan OB-GYN.

In addition to her work, she is a part-time lecturer at the UTSW PA program, where she also precepts students in the clinic.

Rebecca lives in Dallas with her husband and enjoys an active lifestyle that includes traveling, water-sports and boating.


Rachael Glazer, PA-C, RD/LD

Rachael received a Bachelor of Science in clinical dietetics in 2002 from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. She enjoyed working as a registered dietician at St. Paul University hospital in Dallas until 2005 when she returned to school to continue her medical education.

In 2007, Rachael graduated from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center with a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. During her training, she developed a desire to pursue a career in Women’s Health. It is her wish to integrate her two professions -- physician assistant and dietician -- into one career. In July of 2008, Rachael joined the staff at Tuscan OB-GYN.

Rachael and her husband Craig reside in Las Colinas with their family, which consists of a dog and four cats. They enjoy world travel and spending time with their family and friends.
